Q-NOVA® by Fulgar® is an environmentally sustainable recycled nylon fibre created from regenerated raw materials. The polyester is produced from pre-consumer waste from Fulgars manufacturing facilities, such as offcuts of fabric. These off-cuts are then mechanically regenerated into a yarn, as using a chemical process would be more harmful to the environment, and detract from the sustainability of our products. Producing Q-NOVA® yarn reduces CO2 emissions and consumes less water than using a new, non-recycled yarn. The Eco Sculpt contains 61% recycled Nylon. The new khaki Powersculpt 2.0addition contains 66% recycled Nylon.
